Our Purpose: Promote health, nutrition, and life skills

Description:

Food Education & Awareness (FEA) initiative uses food as a tool to teach practical life skills, nutrition, healthy habits, and community wellness. Through cooking demonstrations, nutritional engagement activities, educational workshops, healthy food sampling, and hands-on learning opportunities, we create accessible experiences that empower individuals and families at every stage of engagement. For participants seeking deeper involvement, our Youthful Minds Cooking (YMC) cohorts provide structured culinary, leadership, and life-skills development in a supportive environment.
